                        Received through D.O email dated 07.06.2019.
                As per Directorate orders, a work study was conducted for various types of activities carried by each branch in Post Offices. On examination of each activity, adhoc norms have been prepared and finalised for each activity of work at Post offices. Adhoc norms have been fixed for establishment review of the Post Offices.

                At present, The Sanctioned Strength of SBCO ________ HPO is 1 ___ Supervisor +____ PAs. After implementation of CBS as per RO instructions one PA from general line has to be attached without any disturbance to SBCO. After CSI / RICT, the SBCO branch work has been increased in multiple folds like
1.       Preparation of Finacle Report
2.       Preparation of SAP Report
3.       Identifying difference figure
4.       Intimation to SO & HO for Correction entry
5.       Monitoring the Reversal Entries.
As per the prescribed adhoc time factor fixed as said above, Establishment of SBCO Branch ___________ HPO has been arrived and it is attached for your kind reference. Now the establishment of SBCO branch comes around _____ PA s.
 But, at present _____ Supervisor and_______ PA s working in SBCO branch._______ seat is vacant from _________. With this acute shortage of staff it is highly impossible to keep the branch work up to date. With this acute shortage of staff, we are discharging our duties sincerely and giving our maximum out turn daily.

                I request your good offices to intervene in this regard and analyse the present staff position and attach suitable PA s from general line to SBCO branch to wipe out the pendency at the earliest.
