POS Server DB Could not start in CSI environment – solution
While running Start DB in CSI, it may shows an error message as Database recovery failed to redo a database operation. Internal database error. The said error due to corruption of POS back office database in local PC hence, the functioning of POS counter is stopped still the existing backup db restored.
- Ticket should be raised through Service Desk and note down the ticket ID.
- A Mail copy along with the following details should be sent to TCS for webex support. They will restore the available backup database from the local pc and the same may be restored once the confirmation received from the Divisional Head or Regional Office.
