Subject: Regarding use of logo and showing affiliation with NFPE in references to Directorate.

Sir/Madam,
It has come to the notice of Directorate that Associations earlier affiliated with National Federation of Postal Employees (NFPE now derecognized) are still showing their affiliation with NFPE in communication with Directorate.
2. National Federation of Postal Employees was de-recognized vide Directorate’s order no. SR-10/7/2022-SR-DOP(Part) dated 26.04.2023. Further, vide letter No. SR-10/7/2022-SR DOP(Part) dated 23 05.2023 icopy enclosed). it was clarified that the Associations which were federated to NFPE will continue similar to the other non-federated Associations and it was also advised that Associations will not use the logo and letter pad of the NFPE for any communications.
3.Therefore. Associations is hereby advised that the name & logo of NFPE may not be used in future communications with Postal Directorate.
