Consequent on implementation of recommendations of 7th CPC, subsequently issued by Ministry of Finance (Department of Expenditure), New Delhi OM No. 25-2/2017-IC/E.III(A) dated 18.06.2018, the member (Finance), Digital Communications Commission is please to approve Grant of Grade pay of Rs. 5400 (PB2) i.e. level 9 of pay matrix in case of Assistant Accounts officers of the IP&TAFS Gr ‘B’ who have completed/completing 4 years of regular service on or before 01.01.2023.
The list of 475 such Assistant Accounts officers who have been approved for grant of Grade Pay of Rs 5400/- i.e. level-9 on their completion of 4 years of regular service on or before 01.01.2023 is annexed to this OM as Annexure -I. Please also note that approval from this office is based only on the recommendations and information received in this office from the concerned units. Therefore, sole responsibility to the correctness of information supplied by them lies on concerned units of DoP/DoT where the officers are working.
Units may once again verify the particulars of the recommended officers as well as current vigilance status and re ensure the correctness of fulfillment of eligibility criteria before implementation of the grant of NFU. If still any shortcoming or discrepancy is noticed, that may be brought to the notice of PA Wing immediately and the order in respect of such officer shall not be implemented till the removal of such discrepancy.
Department/Govt always give benifit to the height authority only why don’t unions of this department demand for the betterment of PA, LSG,HSG Cader, when this line who is the back boon of the department will get benifit why this type of decisions can’t be given about LSG to HSG 2 to HSG 1, officers in government departments depress this cadre to enjoy their chars. Unions should take this agenda to get this type of promotion track for Postmaster line.
Hope my message will reach to union heads to get justice for this cadre. Rule are made to get benifit by all not by part of official in Govt departments.
