I am directed to refer Directorate’s letter of even number dated 31.12.2019 vide which the Seniority between the Direct Recruit (DR) Officers of 2014 batch (Recruited on the basis of  CSE-2013) and promotee officers of Select List Year (SLY) – 2013 (Promoted against vacancy  year 2013-14) in Junior Time scale (JTS) of the Indian Postal Service (IPoS), Group ‘A’ was  fixed and order No. 4-7/2002-SPG dated 02.02.2022 which Inter-se seniority of DR  Officers of 2014 batch on completion of Foundation Course bv Dr. Gaurav Kumar Saini. ADG (MO) has been re-fixed based on marks secured in Foundation Course.2. In view of above, the Seniority List between DRs of 2014 batch and promotee officers of  select List Year – 2013 of IPoS, Group ‘A’ has been revised as in Annexure-I and their updated  final seniority list as on date as per Annexure-II and is enclosed herewith. Accordingly,  Seniority List circulated vide letter of even number dated 31.12.2019 is superseded by the  seniority list (Annexure-I & II) annexed with this letter. There is no change in the position of  SLY Officers in the revised Seniority List.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.

2. The officers will be entitled to arrears of pay and allowances, wherever applicable. The grant of higher scale to the above officers would be governed by  the terms and conditions mentioned in the Annexure-I to The DoP&T OM No.  AB.14017/64/2008-Estt. (RR) dated 24.04.2009 and all other relevant orders  including the provisions of the CCS (RP) Rules, 2016 for pay fixation, revision of  pay option.

Subject: Promotion and postings of Higher Administrative Grade (HAG) officers of Indian Postal Service, Group ‘A’ to the Higher Administrative Grade+ (HAG+) (Member, Postal Services Board/Addl Director General (Coordination)] of the Service and Transfer of regular HAG+ officer-regarding.
