1. Connect Iris device
2. Goto Device Manager
3. Click on RYIOSensor Device.
4. Right Click on RYIOSensor
5. Click on Update drivers.
6. Browse my computer for drivers
7. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
8. CMTECH Imager.
9. Click on next then finished.

Aadhaar Enrolment Client Application v3.3.4.2/101-1

Latest Aadhaar Enrolment Client has been released by UIDAI with version 3.3.4.2/101-1. The version will automatically updated to v3.3.4.2/101-1 through Aadhaar OTA Client Service.

Modification will be noticed on this site shortly.

Note: In case the version is not updated to the latest one. Connect private network with good signal strength and restart Aadhaar OTA Client Services at once for downloading and updating the latest version.

Aadhaar Client – Failed to Sync Operator details with Server. Please try again – Solution

What might be the issue in Operator Sync failure even no issue with UIDAI server?

Operator Sync failure with Server due to using of revoked version of 3.3.4.2.94-1 which was revoked on 20.01.2021.

The above error noticed in the Aadhaar Enrolment Client version 3.3.4.2/94-1 or below versions during operator sync. It was intimated by UIDI in the subject revocation of version 94.
There is no issue with Sync aadhaar Operator details in the version 3.3.4.2/95-1 and the version 3.3.4.2/96-1.
If any one using the version below 3.3.4.2/95-1, Please upgrade immediately to overcome the sync operator details problem with UIDAI Server.

Application Integrity Error in Aadhar PC & Its Solution

SOLUTION

Type Services.msc in Run Window

Services.msc

Stop the below mentioned services for deleting / renaming the used IVS folder.
  • Aadhaar Multi platform service
  • Aadhaar QSSITV service
Go to the below location and rename the file from lvs to lvs.old

C:UID Authority of IndiaAadhaar EnrollmentDatalvs

  • Then create a new folder in the same location and name it as lvs
  • Restart the services that you have stopped. 
  • Open ECA and on-board the operator. Once on-boarding completes, operator will be able to login to the client without any issues.
Now Close ECA
Login to ECMP
Issue Will Be Resolved

Internal error while onboarding users in ECA enrollment

While doing Aadhaar onboarding user, it showing as Internal error please try again. This error due to  connectivity issue in internet such as slow or no connectivity.

Before entering into enrollment process, please ensure the internet connectivity of sify. Please connect internet through DATA card or some other mode like mobile tethering in order to upload the data to UIDAI after authentication. 
Internal error occurred even we are using DATA Card or Mobile data:
  • Please turn off auto updates in Windows to avoid internal error.
  • The following problem faced while enrolling Operator or supervisor in Aadhaar Software

    Partially enrolled:

    • In Some cases, the Aadhaar enrollment completed partially due to slow connectivity of internet. In this case we could not enroll further until deletion of partially completed enrollment. Hence, delete the enrollment for the particular user to proceed further.
    • In rare cases, while login into Aadhaar client software by using the credential of successful enrolled user it may showing the error message as “Login could not possible due to tampering of data”. Delete Enrollment done already and do enrollment for the same user freshly to enable login for the particular user.
