The Circles where Nodal Officers have been on-boarded are requested to register them self by downloading SANDES app.
Please refer to Technology Dn. Postal Directorate’s email dated 01.06.2021 regarding providing the details of AD technology/Nodal Officer for SANDES, of the Circle on immediate basis for implementation of Sandes, an Instant messaging app developed by NIC in DOP. In this regard, I am directed to intimate that the said information is still pending to receive from RAKNPA, CGM CEPT, GM BD Directorate, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand and Haryana Circle. The requisite information in the prescribed performa as mentioned below, may kindly be sent to Inspection Dn. by 09.06.2021 by revert mail.
2. The Circles where Nodal Officers have been on-boarded are requested to register them self by downloading the SANDES app. Apart from this, all the Nodal Officers are requested to follow the below noted procedure to onboard members of their respective Circles/Directorate.
Nodal officers may onboard further employees in bulk using import Employees utility or one by one Registration from portal https://www.gims.gov.in/ (Portal Manual is available for download in Download Center Page after login on Portal)
