CRC Meeting on Compassionate Engagement Delhi Circle 2022

The last CRC meeting for the vacancy year 2020 was held on 17.08.2021, where total 40 candidates were recommended for appointment on compassionate ground against 12 vacancies of PA/SA, 15 vacancies of Postman/MG and 13 vacancies of MTS. All the recommended candidates were issued offer of appointment as per the instruction on the subject.

MINUTES OF MEETING OF CIRCLE RELAXATION COMMITTEE HELD ON 26.08.2022 FOR THE VACANCIES PERTAINING TO THE YEAR 2021

Circle Relaxation Committee re-constituted vide Directorate Circular No. 17-4/2017-SPB-I/C dated 05.04.2018, in terms of DoP&T Memo No. 14014/02/2012-Estt(D) dated 16-01-2013 circulated vide Directorate letter No. 37-4/2013-SPB-I/C dated 04-02-13 met on 26.08.2022 at Circle office to consider the compassionate appointment cases received from 01.01.2021 to 31.12.2021 and cases for the last five years i.e. from the year 2017 to 2021 along with reconsideration cases of the CRC meeting for the years 2019 & 2020 which were not recommended due to limited availability of vacancies for the cap of 5% of Direct Recruitment vacancies, for appointment on compassionate grounds of dependents of employees of the Department who died while in service. A consolidated list (Annexure-I) of all categories on merit points as per revised Relative Merit Point System (RMPS) circulated vide Dte. Letter no. 17-1/2022-SPG-II dated 23.03.2022 and SOP to be followed to give appointment on compassionate grounds dated 24.03.2022 has been prepared according to indigent conditions of the applicants. The points were allocated based on the information furnished in Synopsis, verified supporting documents, affidavits, summary in Annexure-I, revised format of Synopsis Part-II and recommendation of the Unit heads on different attributes of indigent conditions of the concerned applicants as per Directorate letter No. 17-4/2018-SPG-II dated 28.09.2020 and subsequent clarification vide letter No. 17-5/2020-SPG-II dated 3-3-2021.

3. Sh Vickey Kumar, DPS (M & BD), Delhi Circle – Member

As per Para 11 of Part-II Processing in Circle Office, of the SPO circulated vide Directorate letter No. 17-1/2022-SPG-ll dated 24.04 2022, recommendations of the CRC will be placed before the Chief Postmaster General for approval.
