2. The transfer of the officials is approved subject to the following conditions:-
2.1 That they will not claim any TA/TP/Composite Transfer Grant etc.
2.2 That they will have to forgo all claims for information in the old unit if not confirmed.
2.3 That the seniority of the officials on joining duty in the new Units will be fixed in accordance with the provisions of Rule 38 of Postal Manual Vol-IV as amended from time to time.
2.4 That they will not claim repatriation to their parent unit.
2.5 That the officials will not be eligible for transfer (Inter Circle) under rule-38 before completion of 02 years of service in new unit.
2.6 Accommodating Circles/Units are requested to issue posting orders of the officials concerned timely.
2.7 The relieving units will ensure that the officials ordered to be transferred are only relived when the posting order along with the dates of arising of vacancies in respect of the concerned officials are received from accommodating Divisions/Units accordingly/suitable.
2.8 That the officials may not be relieved, if any disciplinary/Vigilance case is pending / contemplatcd against them and action may be taken as per instructions as per para 3 C (xv) of Directorate letter dated 17.01.2019.
2.9 The terms and conditions in Directorate’s transfer policy circulated vide 141-141/2013-SPB-II dated 17.01.2019 which is amending from time to time will hold good and prevail.
2.10 Before giving effect to the transfer orders, written declarations agreeing to the conditions of transfer detailed above should be obtained from the officials and kept in his service book.
Usual charge reports may be submitted to all concerned.
