Sub: Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) for promotion to the cadre of Postal Service Group ‘B’ (PS Gr. ‘B’) for the vacancy years 2012-13 to 2016-17 , held on 18th December, 2016-declaration of results/marks reg.
Madam/Sir,
This is in continuation of Directorate letter of even number dated 10.04.2018, 26.04.2018, 14.12.2018, 22.01.2019, 07.06.2021 and 31.01.2022, whereby results in r/o LDCE PS Group ‘B’ for the vacancy year 2012-13 to 2016-17, held on 18th December, 2016, were declared.
2. Following two candidates had been permitted provisionally to appear in the said examination.

3. Uttar Pradesh Circle vide letler No. Rectt/M-76/PS Group ‘B’ Exam/2016/10 dated 17.03.2022 and Rajasthan Circle vide letter No. भर्ती/2-1/2016चे. III दिनांक, जयपुर 17.02.2022 respectively have regularized the provisional candidatures of the above-mentioned candidates and recommended for declaration of their results.
4. The Competent Authorihty has therefore accorded approvol for the declaration of the results of Sh. Krishan Chandra and Sh. Sajan Ram Choudhary. Both the candidates do not fall in the zone of selection to the extent of the vacancies notified in the respective Circles. The results/marks of both the condidates are hereby declared and appended as Annexure.
5. The above results are in accordance with the instructions laid down at para 3 (viii) of Directorate’s lelter No. X-716/2022-SPN-ll daled 12.04.2022, wherein provides that “these instructions shall not apply in the case (s) where partial results have already been declared. Portial declaration of result (s) will mean the cases where result of some of the candidates or one more paper (s) have been declared”.
6. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
