Subject: – Grant of officiating pay and allowances to selection grade posts by implementing the Postal Directorate instructions dated 28.07.2011.
Madam / Sir,
I am directed to refer to Directorate’s instruction no. 137-64/2010-SPB-II dated 28.07.2011 regarding grant of officiating pay and allowances to. Selection Grade vide which procedure for officiating arrangement in terms of Rule 27 and, 50 of postal Manual volume IV was communicated to postal circles.
2. Now, it has been brought to the notice of Directorate that above instructions are not being followed. Therefore, Postal Circles are requested to strictly adhere to the guidelines of Department issued vide communication dated 28.07.2011.
