for promotion of GDS to the cadre of Postal Assistants/ Sorting Assistants for the vacancy year 2021. (01.01.2021 to 31.12.2021) held on 24.10.2021 and DEST held on 16.01.2022 – Withheld on 17.02.2022

In partial modification of this office memo no: R&E/2-32/2022/I dated 27.07.2022, the competent authority is pleased to cancel the result of Gandhinagar Division with respect to Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) for promotion of Postman/Mail Guard, Dispatch Rider, MTS and Limited Competitive Examination for promotion of GDS to the cadre of Postal Assistants/ Sorting Assistants for the vacancy year 2027 (01.01.2021 to 31.12.2021.) held on 24.10.2021. The revised result of Gandhinagar Division is enclosed herewith as Annexure–I for taking necessary action.
The instructions to withhold the process of selection / appointment of approved candidates vide this office email dated 17.02.2022 in respect of all other divisions other than Gandhinagar Division are hereby withdrawn. All Divisional Heads will complete appointment formalities by 31.03.2022 and report compliance.
This has been issued with the approval of competent authority.
