2. Please forward the nominations from your Circle/Units for the programmes noted above, separately in the attached format, keeping in view of the following guidelines:
(i) All circles, RAKNPA, PTCs, RTCs, PLI/BD/Parcel Directorate/divisions in the Dak Bhawan are requested to send nomination at least one nomination for each programme alongwith average grading of last five APARs for each programme.
(ii) Vigilance Status for participants nominated for the programme.
(iii) Nomination of officers/officials having less than 2 years of service may not be sent.
(iv) Justification may be given in support of the nomination keeping in view of the role and responsibility of the officer/official in the relevant area.
(v) The officials who have already undergone training in a programme at APPC, Bangkok may not be nominated in the same programme/topic again. In this regard previous training record of the officials may be examined. However, nomination for another programme keeping in view of thee current portfolio, may be sent.
3. The availability of the officials nominated and their willingness to attend the programme may also be ascertained before forwarding their names. Once the nomination approved, no exemption will be granted.
4. The nominations for the each programme noted above, in the Annexure may please be sent to this office latest by 17.01.2021 through e-mail at trgdte@gmail.com.
