Sub:- Regarding implementation of cancellation of accommodation reports of lP/ PA / LSG (PA) / Stenographer/ PA (PO) / PA (CO/RO) / PA (SBCO) / SA / Postman / MTS cadre officials seeking Inter Circle transfer under Rule-38 to Bihar Circle.
In accordance with the order contained in Directorate letter No. X-12/6/2021-SPN-ll dated 31.12.2021 Rule-38 transfer ordered issued vide this office letter of even No. dated 29.12.2021 was cancelled vide this office letter of even No. dated 07.01.2022.
Now, in view of the clarification issued vide Directorate letter No. X-12/6/2021-SPN-Il dated 31.12.2021 Rule-38 transfer ordered issued vide this office letter of even No. dated 29.12.2021 was cancelled vide this office letter of even No. dated 07.01.2022.
Now, in view of the clarification issued vide Directorate letter No. X-12/6/2021-SPN-Il dated 29.01.2022 the cancellation order issued under this office letter of even no. dated 07.01.2022 pertaining to accomodation report in respect of Inter Circle as well as Intra Circle transfer under Rule-38 of Postal Manual Vol. IV is withdrawn and the approved lists for Inter/Intra Circle transfer issued vide this office letter of even no dated 29.12.2021 hold good.
The list of approved IP/ PS / LSG (PA)/ Stenographer/ PA (PO) / PA (CO/RO) / PA (SBCO)/ SA / Postman / MTS for Inter Circle transfer is enclosed as “Annexure-A”.
The list of approved PA / SA / Postman / MTS for lntra Circle transfer is enclosed as “Annexure-B”.
This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
