Sub: Rationalisation of LDC Cadre Posts in various Postal Accounts Offices.
Approval of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed for rationalisation of the posts of LDC Cadre in various Postal Accounts Offices as under:

2. The Competent authority has also approved the proposal for recruitment of 75% of LDC Cadre post through SSC under direct recruitment and 25% of the LDC Cadre post by promotion from MTS Cadre through departmental exam, by modifying the existing norms. Accordingly, all the PAOs are directed to submit the revised roster register and vacancy register of LDC Cadre as on 31-12-2021 latest by 05-01-2022.
3. Requisition for DR quota may be submitted within 15 days as per the revised roster register & vacancy register. Further, PAOs are advised to place requisition for recruitment of MTS to concerned circle office as vide this office OM No. 15(1)/16/PA Admn.1/3906 to 3956 dated 20-11-2020.
