Subject: Notional Promotion of Shri T. Mangminthang (IPoS:1994) in the Senior Administrative Grade of Indian Postal Service, Group ‘A’ in Level 14, of Pay Matrix (Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200) (Pre-revised pay scale of Rs.37,400-67,000 with Grade Pay of Rs. 10000/- in Pay band 4) for the vacancy year 2014-15.

The President is pleased to order the promotion of Shri T. Mangminthang (IPoS:1994) in Senior Administrative Grade of the service in level 14 of Pay Matrix (Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200) (Pre-revised pay scale of Rs.37,400-67,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 100001 in Pay band 4) for the vacancy year 2014-15 on notional basis w.e.f. 17.07.2015 i.e. the date of promotion of his immediate junior, and on actual basis w.e.f. 26-02-2017 i.e. the date of actual assumption of charge by Shri Mangminthang of the SAG level post.

2. The officer’s seniority is fixed above Col. Subhash Chandra (IPoS- 1994) and below Shobha Madhale (IPoS-1994) for the panel year 2014-15.
