Kind references are invited to transfer Guidelines issued vide the Directorate letter no. 141/2013-SPB-II dated 17-02-2019 followed by clarification issued vide letter no. X-12/12/1/2019-SPN-ll dated 24.10.2019.
In this connection, applications of officials PA/SA (received during the period from-1st April to 30th June 2021) of this Circle seeking inter-circle transfer under Rule 38 to to other Circles along with the copy of the Outward Request Register containing the details of wait listed candidates (consolidated) list including the pending request of previous years also are forwarded herewith.
It is therefore, requested to intimate as to whether, the official mentioned in the list can be accommodated in respective Division of your Circle against the respective category vacancy or not.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
