Sub: Regarding Notification in r/o PO RMS Accountant Examination,2021 to be held on 29.08.2021.
As per calendar of Examination ,2021 received from Directorate vide letter no. A-34012/01/2021-DE dated 11.03.2021, PO RMS Accountant examination for the year 2021 is scheduled to be held on 29.08.2021(Sunday). Accordingly, applications are invited from the intending/willing eligible candidates in the format enclosed. The schedule of activities of the examination is furnished here under: –

2. Syllabus :- The Syllabus for the examination will be as mentioned in Directorate letter no. 9-2/89-SPB-II dated 17.01.1990 (enclosed). Other rules and instructions on the subject, circulated from time to time should be followed.
3. Vacancy Position :- Vacancy position existing as on date in the Division should be intimated to this office within three days of receipt of this notification.
4. Eligibility conditions :- All the candidates who fulfill the prescribed conditions as per rule 273 of Postal Manual volume IV are eligible to apply for the examination.
The applicants should enclose two additional passport size photographs with their application and the photo affixed on the application should be duly attested by the Divisional Head concerned. The head of office concerned after obtaining the applicants from the candidates will scruitinize the same and forward the applications to this office along with his specific recommendation or otherwise. The information furnished in the prescribed applications forms by the candidates should be thoroughly checked up and verified with reference to their PF, Service Book or any other relevant records and then forwarded to circle office along with the prescribed proforma report, the specimen copy of which is annexed to this letter. Besides the above, while forwarding applications, Divisional Heads are requested to furnish a certificate in the prescribed form as mentioned in the bottom of each application.
The contents of this letter along with the copy of the application form may be circulated to all concerned. Any application not submitted in the prescribed form, not properly filled in by the candidate, not properly checked and verified by concerned Divisional/unit Head and after all not submitted in due time, is liable to be rejected at risk on concerned Division/Unit.
