Subject: Revised Citizens Charter of Department of Posts.
Respected Madam/Sir,
The Citizens Charter of the Department of Posts has been reviewed and revised by the competent authority. A copy of the revised citizens charter is being uploaded on the Department website i.e. www.indiapost.gov.in.
It is requested to display the citizens charter in all the prominent post offices and all administrative offices. The Copy of the Revised citizens charter is attached herewith. Hindi Version will follow.
