With reference to the subject matter it is to intimate that in view of existing COVID19 pandemic condition. Postal Directorate is reviewing rotational Transfer policy to avoid movement of Officers/Officials. The revised guidelines will be issued shortly.
2. In view of the above , undersigned is directed to Request you that rotational Transfer order for the year 2021 may not be issued at present. Wherever Transfer orders have been issued but yet to be implemented, the same may be kept in abeyance.
3. All authorities concerned in the circle may be directed to strictly adhere to the instruction.
