PLI Welcome Letter – While issuing new PLI/RPLI policy to Policyholder

Subject : Introduction of a welcome letter while issuing a PLI/RPLI policy to the policy holder.

This is regarding introduction of a welcome letter while issuing a PLI/RPLI acceptance letter to the insurant. It is a valuable part of commencement of business relationship with the new insurant and accordingly it has been decided to introduce a welcome letter to all policy holder.

2. Approved copy of the welcome letter alongwith important beneficial features required to be sent to all policy holders taking PLI/RPLI policy is enclosed . This welcome letter should be sent to all policy holders along with the acceptance letter henceforth soft or printed version of the welcome letter may please be disseminated further to all CPCs accross circle For necessary compliance.
