Draft guidelines for implementation of recommendations of GDS Committee on substitute arrangements in place of regular GDS against short term vacancies

I am directed to say that recommendation of the GDS Committee report on arrangements against the short term vacancies in GDS is under examination and consideration. The competent authority has directed to circulate the draft the draft guidelines on above noted subject for obtaining the comments/views of circles.
