Clarification regarding withdrawal/Closure of savings bank account through messenger

There is no provision for messenger in the revised form for Account closure and premature closure as notified by Ministry of Finance. However , the such nodal ministry did not revised withdrawal form ( SB-7) for SB withdrawal. As such the existing are still being used.
