DOP Internet Banking / eBanking login Problem?

e-Banking Website Address : https://ebanking.indiapost.gov.in/ 
It is always recommended to login the eBanking or Intra Operable India Post Internet Banking through India Post Portal. In common, while login into Post Office eBanking website, It asking Login credential again without displaying any error.
While examining the said problem, user have to select the service before click on LOGIN button. which means, we have to select the next screen after login i.e

  • Dashboard
  • Personnel Profiles
  • Balance and Transactions
  • Transaction Management
  • General Services,

Common Issue Noticed in eBanking login. OTP Verification failed or non responses. OTP verification disabled due to multiple OTP attempts. This will be enabled only you write from your registered email to  dopebanking@indiapost.gov.in for enabling OTP Verification.
