- One seat remained unfilled because no sports personnel except above four personnel could qualify the type test as provided vide notification R&E/77-8/Sportsperson dated 28.09.2017.
- One post of Postman (17-Men) has not been filled due to irregularity in advertisement. The education qualification of this post was mentioned as 10+2 instead of Matriculation.
- The respective Divisional/ Unit Head will please take further action to issue formal appointment order observing usual formalities including verification of educational and other certificates including date of birth etc. Applications along with copies of the certificates of the candidates are enclosed herewith for taking necessary action at your end for appointment of the candidates.
- The selected candidates have to give an undertaking in writing before they are actually appointed to the effect that they would continue to participate in State/ National/ International level sports activities on their own and also participate in the Departmental and other sports activities as and when directed. They should keep themselves fit at a high level of practice in their respective sports events. (A copy of the undertaking should be sent to this office for record).
- They must serve in this Department at least 5 (five) years, suitable remarks about the appointment should be made in the service records of the candidates.
