Sub : Delay in holding the biennial conferences of unions at all levels due to lockdown to prevent spread of corona virus
Sir,
As you are aware that all the activities which attract crowd or gathering have been stopped during lockdown period to prevent spread of Corona Virus since 24.03.2020. Biennial Conferences of the unions at all levels i.e. Branch/Division/Circle and All India level are not being held due to lockdown.
It is therefore requested to kindly cause suitable instructions to all concerned to grant extension of trade union facilities at all level who are not able to hold their biennial conference during lockdown period till normalcy restores. After normalcy all should be directed to hold their conferences within a period od two month up to Branch Division and Circle level and three months for all India Conferences.
An early and positive action is highly solicited.
