Subject: Appointments and posting of AAOs based on LDCE 2018 regd.

In continuation of this office order F. No. 301 (08)/PAAdmn.III/2012 to 2014 dated 1^st October, 2018. and further orders in the matter of appointment of AAOs. approval of the competent authority is convey ed for the following appointments in AAO cadre of IP&TAFS Gr “B” as mentioned against each name:

2. The competent authority is pleased to allow time of 1 month to the above 19 AAOs as mentioned in column B to join at the office as mentioned against their respective names in column G. If anyone amongst these 19 AAOs do not join till 10.07.2020 heishe shall permanently forfeit any claim whatsoever to that post and no further communication in this regard shall be entertained. Further. the administration may proceed to till up such vacancies further. Individual letters of appointment are also being sent to these 19 AAOs.

However, in wake of CoVID 19 outbreak and further lockdown, if any of the above AAO is not able to travel to join at their respective places of posting. he/she shall immediately intimate this inability to the undersigned  and the concerned office before 10.07.2020.

3.  Any officer as mentioned in column I3 above joins in AAO cadre of 1P&TAFS Gr ^–IV before the cut-off date of 10.07.2020 shall be placed below in seniority to all those AAOs who have joined earlier. For amongst these 19 AAOs joining now, seniority will be decided as per the extant rules and guidelines of the department in particular and those of Government of India in general.

4.  Any AAO who joins shall also be subject to re-verification process as has been stipulated for all other AAOs who joined based upon AAO LDCE 2018

5.  Recently many AAOs were temporarily transferred from DAP/GM (F)/PAO office to CCA offices within the same circle. Consequent upon joining of these new AAOs in such offices, such temporarily transferred AAOs shall be reverted back automatically to respective parent DAP/GM(F)/PAO office notwithstanding the 3 or 1 month limit as stated previously in such orders.

6.  Further it is hereby intimated to the reporting authorities of the above 19 AAOs to verify and ensure clearance from vigilance angle and verification of records before relieving any of them to join AAO cadre in IP&TAFS Gr “13^–. It is the responsibility of the concerned reporting authority and the appointee AAO to produce necessary documents viz. Vigilance Clearance, No disciplinary cases pending / contemplated, No court cases pending, so as to enable appointee AAO to join as AAO at the office address mentioned above.

7.  All other contents of the F. No.301 (08)/PAAdmn.I1I/2012 to 2014 dated 1^stOctober, 2018 and other orders thereafter in matters of appointment of AAOs based upon LDCE AAO 2018 examination remain valid and intact.
