Sub: Preventive measures to be taken against spread of Novel Corona Virus (COVID-19) – Booking and Delivery arrangement of Registered Letters (On Postal Service)

In continuation of this office letter of even number 11.05.2020 about sending of officials mails by Unit Heads to the Circle Office and other offices through Registered Letters (On Postal Services), the competent authority on considering the matter has allowed all the Unit Heads to get their Registered Letters (on Postal Services) booked from respective offices of their Divisions/Units, as was earlier allowed to the O/o GM (Finance), O/o SPOs North, Supdt. CSD and Supdt. PSD.
2. All the Unit Heads are requested to take further action accordingly.
