Suspending /Ceasing of PLI/ RPLI Melas & SBG Declaration Functionality Due To Outbreak Of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) || Kerala Circle
As you are aware, the Novel Corona Virus Disease (COVID -19) has now spread to India, also several cases have been declared in Kerala. Although, we are taking all necessary steps to prevent further importation of such cases and also to pre-empt local transmission of the Novel COVID -19. An emergent meeting chaired by Chief PMG was held at Circle Office to review the situation.
I am directed to inform you to not to conduct any PLI/ RPLI melas, meeting, public function and Bima Gram Yojana declaration functions till 31st March 2020, in order to suspend large gatherings as part of enhanced measures to prevent the spread of the corona virus. However, the figures and facts wrt achievement of Bima Gram Yojana may be submitted for statement purpose.
