Latest Finacle Update 03.03.2020 19.07

               I am directed by the Competent Authority to convey the following:

 

               Since there is no improvement since 17.00 hours in finacle connectivity today, the following instructions are issued with regard to EOD today (03.03.2020).   Staff can leave office once they tally their accounts with existing vouchers.  We will share list of partly posted transactions in due course and please give priority to close zones and partly posted transactions.

 

               In the interest of service and administrative exigencies, we may invoke SETID for pending EOD operations.  Kindly ensure that CPCs are manned till EOD and DC closure operations are back to normal and please take all out efforts to complete work by all means so that counter operations for 04.03.2020 are in no way hampered.

 

               Kindly alert SBCOs of Hos of your circle to ensure that the accounting is done to the core and we may delete entered transactions and unblock posted transactions remaining as blocking validations in the interest of EOD. Such entered transactions may please be entered and posted again with correct value date if date change happens.

 

Accounts opened through RICT devices may be opened in the respective SOs with correct value date.  Kindly update the users on the issue and please ensure that there are no lapses on this account.

 

               Kindly ensure that EOD for the day 03.03.2020 and DC closure is completed well in time before counters open for the day 04.03.2020.
