CHANGE PAYROLL PAST ERROR IN SAP || PU03

Note: If you get Change payroll past error while changing Joining date, follow the below steps You have to cancel PA41 transaction come back to the main screen.

Enter the t-code PU03, then enter the Personnel No. of the employee and press ENTER. You will get the following screen:

Click on Execute and you will get the following screen:

Remove Earl.pers. RA date (keep a note of the date) and Save the data. Then go to t-code PA41 and follow the steps mentioned above. After completing all the changes, come back to the above screen.

Here you can find in Earliest MD change & Mast.data chng.bonus, values auto-populated, remove both the dates or you will get the above marked error message. Then maintain the Earl.pers. RA date (same date which was removed previously) again and save the data.
