Solution

Go To Settings
>>Apps >>Postman  
>>Permission >>Enable All Permission
Try To Force Stop
It Will Give Error
Action Not Allowed
Go to Storage
>>Clear Data
>>Clear Cache
It Will Give Error
Action Not Allowed
Exit From All Screen
Now Open Postman Application
"GRANT PERMISSION" error in Postman Mobile Application Version 4.0
