IM Portal Upgradation from 12.6.8 to 14.2 – Activities start from 6/09/2019 2000hrs to 08/09/2019 2300hrs
Sir/Madam,
This is regarding IM upgradation activity from 12.6.8 to 14.2 version which will be carried out during period from 6th Sept 2019 2000 HRS to 8th Sept 2019 2300 HRS.
Reasons for upgradation:
1. OEM Support.
2. Performance improvement in the execution of Tasks.
Impact during upgradation period:
IM Portal will not be available during upgrade from 6th Sept 2019 2000 HRS to 8th Sept 2019 2300 HRS.
Below functionalities will not be available during this window.
1. Email/AD/SSO Password Change by users, administrators (IM Team), RDA or L1 team.
2. New Role Assignment
3. New access of RDA (Role Delegation Authority) to any DoP Official.
4. Deputation Initiated from LSS will not reflect in POS – It should be initiated and completed before 5 PM on 06th September.
5. User modification and transfers initiated from HR – It should be initiated and completed before 5 PM on 06th September.
The following are available:
Authentication and Authorization will work for business application(SAP/SD/Control Minder/SAP GUI/POS/SharePoint).
It is requested to inform all concerned.
