Solution for non receipt of bag in RICT Device – No data found

BOs which are facing “No data found” issue while opening bags, please follow below steps, at S.O..
1.Login to SAP
2.Enter T code ZBOFILEREPORT
3. Enter BO bag closing date. 
4.Click on execute. 
Then receive bag after 1 hour..
