Regarding IPO Exam Court Case (RTI Reply)

Please refer to the DE Section Postal Directorate Communication A-34012/03/2018-DE Dated 6/5/19 regarding postponement of IP LDCE for three years. In this regard please provide the information on following points.

1- Reason for postponement of LDCE IP exam which was scheduled in the month of June 19.

2- Whether any court case has been filed against the LDCE IP notification issued on 18-4-19. If so details thereof.

3- Intimate the tentative date and schedule for holding LDCE for promotion to the cadre of IP.
