It has been observed that many tickets are being raised on CSI helpdesk for issues which have already been fixed/resolved in the latest released versions of DARPAN Apps and due to non-updating of these new versions.
1. Please find below the details regarding updated versions.
SDP Version – 3.1.8.0
DM Client – 9.7.6.0
Firmware – 01.15
M-Connect -3.1.5.0
Demo Booking Application: 1.0.0.22
Common APP Version: 1.0.0.22
Delivery APP Version: 1.1.7.9
2. Note -:
- Update the Common App and Demo Booking versions to 1.0.0.22 for Rolled out BO’s having present versions of Demo booking and Common App as 1.0.0.21.
- Install Common App version 1.0.0.22 and Demo Booking version 1.0.0.22 in the following two cases
(a) Case1 – New devices.
(b) Case2 – In those devices where present version of Demo booking and Common app is older than 1.0.0.21(c) While updation of Apps, please update Common App (1.0.0.22) first and then go ahead with updation of DEMOBOOKING (1.0.0.22)
3. The latest version of DARPAN CBS App is 1.4.0.0. It is requested that all divisions must ensure that latest CBS App version is downloaded in the devices.
4. As regards DARPAN PLI App Version 1.2.0.0, the app is still under testing. Further instructions in this regards will be circulated shortly.
5. It is extremely important that BOs download the latest versions of different apps so as to ensure smooth working otherwise they will keep facing issues in the working of DARPAN Apps.
