Is there any standard operating procedure to check the GL codes in CSI?

A reply received from TCS against the Query raised by Department of Posts.

Is there any standard operating procedure to check the GL codes post CSI by concerned Head/Divisional/Regional/Circle Offices, if so please furnish the same?

TCS Replied: 

There is no standard operating procedure issued by Technical section to PA wing to check the GL (General Ledger Codes in Post CSI Environment. However, CSOI Software is made up of 10 digits code which has been mapped against the 15 digits chart of Accounts of Department of Posts. Moreover, the software is so designed that at any time the mapping of 10 digits can be found out with the 15 digit code of Department of Post by select POP Menu.
